So I bought the full game but it still says its the end of the demo when I get to the hell gate do I need to restart it or something after buying the full game.
I had downloaded the demo by mistake and thought I could save and re download if I have to I will replay the game from the start but that is what happened.
There is never any unavoidable sharing or pimping in any of my games. In MDR there is even an option to have all choice that could lead to sharing tagged as such.

It's dependent on your choices during your interactions with Lily, just try not to be too much overbearing and you should be fine.
