With version 22.6, with switched to renpy 7.5.0, then to 7.5.1 with version 22.7. Some antivirus don't react very well with latest versions of the engine and need some time to mark the engine as safe.

I am using the linux version (though that shouldn't be relevant)
what are the exact requirements then? or do I need a specific interaction? b/c if I use the normal eat option, it plays the standard cutscene & does not progress the story

I'm not sure what else to do at this point. I don't want to start fresh on my phone when I have already progressed far on pc.

Once you get the mission to meet Minami on a Saturday afternoon at the house (Siscon max of 40) There is no way to activate it. I've pretty much tried everything. I looked online and some people said its glitched out. Is there a way to fix this? Or am I doing something wrong.

The main story step can't trigger if you don't end Minami's attraction story (it will be more explicit in the next release).
For the issue with "Meet Minami on Saturday afternoon" in Minami's Attraction Story, do you think you can create a ticket in #create-ticket on our discord server, and attach a save file. It'll help to fix the issue.

Also in keep practice up in order to gain enough fame for better gigs (Fame bar?) Similar to Palla's job management; better percentage means better gigs but has similar chance of failure unless practice is kept up.

not a huge complaint because I do enjoy the game and don't mind replaying it. however I just changed from 22.4 to 22.6 and found a lot of my old saves don't work anymore because of game redesigns. such as after or during date saves now jump to before or after the save or simply don't work any more. And I'm not a big fan of the back button skipping back entire decisions now instead of just single text at a time.
The saves bug is a large reason for me deciding to just restart my game entirely, but just thought I would voice my opinion. Still a big fan of the game and will continue to play though.

Nope, you'll simply have to update it by downloading again the new file with the link you'll get by mail. However, if you're on windows or mac, you can buy it on Steam so it will be much easier 😉
I fixed it! For all android users if the download fails download Azip Master it will extract the data and allow the download to continue without issue.

The first thing you can check is your antivirus. Some of them block renpy.
If it doesn't fix the issue, you should have a file named log.txt and maybe a traceback.txt in the folder of the game. Can you post their content?

The story tracker is wrong for this step, it doesn't need to be in the evening.

Well finally managed to get my pc saves onto my cell but i now noticed that the "back" option isn't there.
Anyone else missing that function?

We don't manage Itchio servers. You can try the itchio client, I think it can incrementally update the games (not sure).

Something is wrong with the 22.6 android download. It says zip file instead of apk now.
