I've been having the issue concerning Anna’s KP max as well. I play on PC, btw. Previously Anna's KP max was set to 100 right from the start, but as of update 22.12, it seems to be set to 40. The wiki doesn’t mention any ways to increase to Anna’s KP max. I also tried loading old saves where I had brought Anna’s KP up to 100 and the bar had the first 40% blue and the last 60% grey. After interacting with her, you lose 60 KP.
Great game, but I believe there are a few things missing.
1: a system that warns a player if they're about to trigger an event that they haven't met the requirements to get a good outcome and the option to avoid doing so by backing up a bit.
2: 1 location and girl, the location being a hospital or clinic and the girl being a hot doctor or nurse. I believe the location and character I mentioned is missing because there is already a police station and a datable cop in the game.
3: a complete walkthrough pdf that gets updated as the game does. The reason I believe this is missing is because the developer of Renryuu Ascension does just that even though there's a wiki for it and unless I'm mistaken, there's only 1 person making that game which is on the same level of quality as LoSeB.
Also, a few ideas I believe would greatly increase the clicks and downloads this game gets would be
1: a non-voiced version. This would increase accessibility to the game by creating a cheaper full version and by drastically reducing file size.
2: posting the full soundtrack for this game on platforms like YouTube, Spotify, and SoundCloud.
I hope this feedback helps and that the ideas stated above are at least seriously considered as i believe they would help this game out a lot.

If you bought the game you should get a link via Gmail. That link is a perma key to any new updates the game gets. You have the game but the game itself is still being updated monthly. When it updates redownload the game using your link or manually log in ang go to your game folder. Any new updates will be added after the download.
I got you homie you need to get the home harem first. Next when you see Ryan cheating at the club go to sam and talk about Ryan. The game will ask you if you want to tell Sam about Ryan. DO NOT tell Sam. Wait until her wedding day. During the scene after the wedding is over you will have 3 choices. Go to the bathroom, dance with Sam, or go for a walk. Choose go for a walk. Sam will find out that Ryan cheated and you will go on her revenge route. Soon after you need to play Emma route. Do not make Sam your gf before this. Sam will ask at some point if you are dating her or if your just friends with benefits. Choose friends with benefits option. Max her out then you will activate her home harem route. Once it starts it's easy to finish the rest. The game practically hands the ending to you just look at the home harem Samantha tips in game.

There isn't really anything you can do if that happens as far as I'm aware. You need to get all of their stats or whatever at the proper level for them to accept each other and you before doing anything that means interacting with both of them at the same time. You not meeting the requirements means you've kind of lost that path.
When you get fired or quit, you can get a new job at several different places. Check the wiki under game mechanics, specifically the section titled "mall jobs".
