It's because you are missing some of her events, the one you are looking for happens at the arcade on saturday afternoon (50% chances).

Thank you very much, it must be that. I guess the other locations are unlocked according to advance in the story because a few are missing. For example the nightclub  is missing and the new girl too. Thanks again and keep it up

The night club unlocks with the fancy clothes.
The new girl is only vailable in the patreon version of the game, I'll add her to the public version once there are more girls in game.
